DELIVERY INFORMATION

We currently only supply to UK based customers. Our aim is to dispatch your order the next working day after your order was received. Delivery will be via Royal Mail 48 hours tracked and signature service unless otherwise specified. South Saxon Spirits subsidise the cost of your delivery.

A free local delivery service is available within approx. 5 miles from the postcode BN17; the system will automatically offer free delivery if your address is within the defined area. However, you can still choose next day or the 48 hour paid delivery service if you prefer.

We will endeavour to deliver your order without delay, but are not liable for delays caused though mis-information supplied by you or through circumstances beyond our control. We will not be held liable for any losses, damages, or charges incurred due to late delivery of your order.



We use the best environmentally friendly packaging to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. However, there are times when parcels incur damage whilst in transit. Upon receipt, if your parcel shows signs of damage or leakage, please photograph the parcel and contact us to initiate a claim and replacement or refund.
